Maria Fabre reserves rights in this site's original code, text and design. These terms cover mariafabre.com, including its personal writing and Birth Plan Studio. They do not claim ownership of medical facts, general ideas, government data or other public-domain material.

Third-party material and separately licensed code remain subject to their own licenses. Nothing in this notice overrides permissions under applicable law or those licenses.

Sharing my writing

You may share links to this site and quote brief passages from my writing with credit to Maria Fabre and a link to the original. Republishing full articles, redistributing the tool's code or original templates, or using original text or design to reproduce this site requires written permission, except as allowed by applicable law or existing licenses.

Your birth plans

Your answers remain yours. You may use Birth Plan Studio to create plans and download, print, copy and share your completed plans with family, support people and healthcare teams. This permission covers completed plans, not redistribution of the tool or its original templates as a competing service.
